\xe2\x96\xaa Assist and Facilitate strategy development plan for the plant
\xe2\x96\xaa Support the owners of the plant BSC KPIs with improvement activities to meet or exceed target
\xe2\x96\xaa Set and monitor the sustainability for CBS methods in the plant "Specialist/Practitioners"\xe2\x96\xaa Develop, drive and monitor CBS activities according to roadmaps and execute in the respective areas
\xe2\x96\xaa Mentor CBS Practitioners to support them in executing the improvement routine
\xe2\x96\xaa Coach local management / create CBS awareness
\xe2\x96\xaa Monitor and prepare reports for CIM in plant to CBS Regional Coaches
\xe2\x96\xaa Provide structure for Business Teams
\xe2\x96\xaa Monitor and prepare reports PIP Process\xe2\x96\xaa To keep plant management team focused in identifying CBS opportunities
\xe2\x96\xaa Identify CBS opportunities within the area of responsibility and in cross-functional areas
\xe2\x96\xaa Initiate and coach CBS projects\xe2\x96\xaa Moderate workshops to ensure common CBS understanding in assigned area of responsibility
\xe2\x96\xaa Support Regional CBS Coach in developing future CBS Practitioners e.g. through training and certification
\xe2\x96\xaa Training and coaching for problem solving\xe2\x96\xaa Apply lean leadership principles
\xe2\x96\xaa Coach and motivate local management and employees for further CBS implementation\xe2\x96\xaa Act as a role model applying improvement routine to support promotion of cultural change
\xe2\x96\xaa Live and promote the CBS principles and methods
\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure active involvement in company-wide CBS network\xe2\x96\xaaProject reporting to local management and to Regional CBS Coaches
Responsible for maintaining CBS Project Database: Project approvals, Project Charter, Achieved results and overall accuracy of information\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure active participation in the CBS network communities
\xe2\x96\xaa Use best practice experience of network, participate and ensure best practice exchange within specialists network
\xe2\x96\xaa Communicate results and lessons learnt to Regional CBS Coaches
\xe2\x96\xaa Actively use CBS network to resolve problems / difficultiesQualificationsBachelor degree or master degree in Business Administration or Engineering or comparable profesional training and experienceProfessional experience (at least 2-3 years)
Experience in relevant business field (Automotive, Tires, CT) and understanding of relevant business environment
Cross functional experience in different functional areasExperience as a project manager for (lean) projectsFirst leadership position, preferably in operational units with direct and indirect responsibility for other individualsExperience in working with international teams is preferable
