Develop local CBS Roadmap based on the results of Maturity (Self-) Assessment supported by CBS Regional Coach
Assist and Facilitate strategy development plan for the plant
Report CBS topics to Plant Management
Support the owners of the plant BSC KPIs with improvement activities to meet or exceed target
Set and monitor the sustainability for CBS methods in the plant Develop, drive and monitor CBS activities according to roadmaps and execute in the respective areas
Mentor CBS Practitioners/Specialists to support them in executing the improvement routine
Coach local management and embed CBS Mindset in the organization
Provide structure for and coach Business Teams To keep plant management team focused in identifying CBS opportunities geared to meeting or exceeding KPI goals
Identify CBS opportunities within the area of responsibility and in cross-functional areas
facilitate and coach projects using CBS methods
Participate in Global CBS Projects Moderate workshops to ensure common CBS understanding in assigned area of responsibility
Coach CBS Specialist to moderate Workshops
Develop future CBS Practitioners/Specialists e.g. through training and certification Apply lean leadership principles and bring them to the local management
Coach and motivate local management and employees for further CBS implementation
Lead a multidisciplinary and cross functional team Act as a role model applying improvement routine to support promotion of cultural change
Live and promote the CBS principles and methods
Ensure active involvement in company-wide CBS network
Drive the culture transformation in the organization CBS project reporting to local management and to Regional CBS Coaches
Responsible for maintaining CBS Project Database: CBS Project approvals, Project Charter, Achieved results and overall accuracy of information Ensure active participation in the Global CBS network communities
Use best practice experience of network, participate and ensure best practice exchange within CBS network
Communicate results and lessons learnt to CBS Coaches
Actively use CBS network to resolve problems / difficulties
Building and using a local CBS Plant Network consisting of CBS Practitioners and CBS SpecialistsQualificationsBachelor degree or master degree in Business Administration or Engineering or comparable profesional training and experienceProfessional experience (at least 2-3 years)
Experience in relevant business field (Automotive, Tires, CT) and understanding of relevant business environment
Cross functional experience in different functional areasExperience as a project manager for (lean) projectsFirst leadership position, preferably in operational units with direct and indirect responsibility for other individualsExperience in working with international teams is preferable
