As a Customer Care Support Office Representative, to process orders and coordinate these to keep customers satisfied. Your primary responsibility is to provide customer service and handle all aspects of order processing for our company. You will be the main contact for customers regarding their orders, inquiries, and concerns. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our business. You will report to the Customer Care Team Leader.

Main Responsibilities

Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders using our SAP order management system. Verify order details, including product information, pricing, quantities, shipping addresses, and payment information.

Facilitating and liaising: part of a great customer care process is to ensure careful execution of requests.

Continuous improvement mindset: you will improve on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification.

Monitor billing process and work with partner to ensure invoice are generated.

Process Improvement: identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to improve order processing, enhance customer service, and improve overall operations.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, order details, and any relevant information in the order management system. Prepare reports and provide feedback to the management team regarding recurring issues, trends, or areas for improvement.

Your professional profile includes:

College degree or equivalent

Experience in customer service, order management or sales support at least 2-3 years.

Fluent language knowledge in Mandarin and English is required to support sites

Experience a customer service role in order processing or related field.

Problem-solving abilities.

A thoughtful personality with skill, customer-oriented attitude and preciseness.

Individual contributors, Work independently, Vocal and able to share with the team. Mingle and cheerful and extrovert.

Team work and willingness to support

Experience with SAP is a must
