Cctv Control Room Operator

Job Description
- Monitor all CCTV
- Watch playback off CCTV and report any unusual activities to the management
- Answer intercom calls and assist customer on car parking issues
- Need to do routine rounding and checking on the condition of the carpark
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
- Minimum SPM / Certificate or equivalent
- Good in both verbal and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to use computer and basic software (internet browser, excel, notepad, etc.)
- Experience with customer service
- Knowledge in carpark system is added advantage
- Prepared to work on day and night shift basis, weekends and public holidays, as per duty roster.
- Have own transport and valid driving license
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
