Company Description iCARES Smart IoT Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia-based property technology (PropTech) company that provides Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for gated and guarded communities. With tried and tested solutions deployed in more than 50 sites in Johor Bahru and now in Klang Valley, iCARES offers a range of smart community management tools and services. These include the iCARES Smart Community Residents App, iCARES Smart Community Management & Admin Portal, iCARES Smart Community Intelligent Visitor Control System, iCARES Smart Billing Solutions with Accounting Functions, and Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)/Face Recognition Terminal (FRT)/Cloud Terminal/Access Portal. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Petaling Jaya for a CCTV Installer. The CCTV Installer will be responsible for installing and configuring CCTV systems, conducting site surveys, running cables, mounting cameras, setting up recording devices, performing system testing, and troubleshooting any technical issues. The CCTV Installer will also provide training and support to customers on how to use the system effectively. Qualifications Experience in CCTV system installation and configuration Knowledge of networking and IP addressing Ability to perform site surveys and cable running Familiarity with CCTV camera mounting and positioning Experience in setting up and configuring recording devices Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in English and local language (Malay) Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel to customer sites Relevant certifications in CCTV installation and networking
