Responsible: \xc2\xb7 Review & manage Centre employee hiring and performances. \xc2\xb7 Arrange department meetings if required, and inform respective departments for updates if any. \xc2\xb7 Manage all training within the Centre. \xc2\xb7 Scheduling timetable for the Staff Nurse. \xc2\xb7 Consistently review the departmental processes to ensure all are fit for purpose and add value. \xc2\xb7 Maintain the Centre\'s quality with continual improvement and employee involvement. \xc2\xb7 Manage the Centre ensuring high-quality business activities with maximum quality, service, and profitability for the organization. \xc2\xb7 Nurture customer relationships and uncover opportunities for additional client support. To achieve maximum customer satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 Develop, manage, and motivate a strong, effective team member. \xc2\xb7 Centre stock inventory management and replenishment of all departments. \xc2\xb7 Monitor daily staff productivity of all departments. \xc2\xb7 Any ad-hoc tasks that are assigned by the management. Qualifications and Requirements: \xc2\xb7 A registered nurse is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay (either one language will not be considered). \xc2\xb7 Diploma or 5 years of experience in the confinement industry is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge and experience of Confinement Centre related are preferred. \xc2\xb7 Possess initiative, positive attitude, proactive, drive, and ability to work both independently and as a team player. \xc2\xb7 Logical Thinker. \xc2\xb7 Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to adjust actions in relation to others\xe2\x80\x99 actions, and to be aware of others\xe2\x80\x99 reactions and understand why they react as they do. \xc2\xb7 Ability to use logic and valid reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions. \xc2\xb7 Experience in dealing with multi-stakeholders within the organization. \xc2\xb7 Good resolving skills. \xc2\xb7 Make good decisions in a timely manner, based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of strategic thinking and people management, preferably in the Confinement Centre. \xc2\xb7 Able to commit 6 working days weekly including one day on weekends (Sundays). \xc2\xb7 Able to cook is an added advantage.
