Company Description THE STORY BOOK is a company that provides storytelling events based on stories from books, mainly for young children and families. Our events have been conducted at various locations such as bookshops, state libraries, international schools, and pre-schools. We are based in Petaling Jaya and rotate our events at different locations. In addition, we offer roleplay and acting classes for young children at THE STORY BOOK Academy. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager, located in Petaling Jaya. The Center Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our events and academy. Responsibilities include managing staff, scheduling events and classes, communicating with corporate partners, marketing and promoting events and classes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our working hours are Tuesday to Saturday. Qualifications Possess relevant work experience in working in a children enrichment center, education or performing arts Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience in managing internal and external teams Familiarity with different book genres and their target audience is a plus
