Ensure that all preparations are prepared in accordance with the central kitchen\'s recipes, guidelines, and timelines.
\xe2\x81\xa0Adhere and ensure HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system is practiced
Assist in stock ordering
\xe2\x81\xa0Adherence of food safety standards to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Such as chiller temperature, food storage, personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Able to work in a team
Work closely with Central Kitchen Manager to identify and implement opportunities that would help improve the production processes.
Ensure all items ordered by outlets are being prepared and packed accordingly to be delivered to individual outlets.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management
