To manage the daily operation of the shopping mall in areas of retail lots leasing, building operations, maintenance, housekeeping, security and promotional activities.
Monitor and manage the mall's income collection, rental aging record status and maintain stringent tenancy management policies.
To source and secure new potential tenants to have a good retail trade mix in the shopping mall.
Maintain good communication and business relations with tenants to enhance good landlord-tenant relationship.
Understand and complies with Government Regulations required for shopping mall operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field.
Possess good presentation skills with strong business networking, negotiation skill, leadership quality, personal integrity and strong analytical skill.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
