\xef\x82\xb7 Provide and effective manage of the domicle PBC centre as a one-stop Wealth management and Premier solutions to HNI customers \xef\x82\xb7 Strategic planning and execute all Premier business initiatives, organize/plan Premier sales activities to generate sales volume and ensuring the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Premier platform has a strong presence in the local market \xef\x82\xb7 Deliver excellence and quality of customer experience to maintain good rapport and loyalty of HNI customers Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop, implement and manage the domicle PBC\xe2\x80\x99s sales and operations plans to achieve centre target \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with BM, branch sales personnel and Regional Sales Heads to drive and grow NTP customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction Sales Management \xef\x82\xb7 To achieve the sales & revenue targets by managing the business implementation of Premier Banking for the centre that covers a number of branches\xe2\x80\x99 HNI clients portfolio \xef\x82\xb7 To execute sales plans and allocation of sales targets with the team of Relationship Managers and monitor achievement of committed target \xef\x82\xb7 To lead, motivate, coach and develop the Relationship Managers on effective presentation, selling, financial planning, investment counselling and relationship building skills \xef\x82\xb7 Actively provide on-the-job training and people development of all staff \xef\x82\xb7 To plan & execute the clients\xe2\x80\x99 marketing events/activities on monthly basis so as to drive the business volumes. Centre Operation \xef\x82\xb7 To manage and ensure high quality customer service delivery in the centre \xef\x82\xb7 To ensure smooth and effective centre operation to achieve satisfactory audit rating and compliance to Bank\xe2\x80\x99s policies & procedures and guidelines
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
Preferably with at least 2 years experience in people management Those with relevant experience and exposure to the unit trusts and insurance industry for 3-5 years will have an added advantage
PC/Microsoft Office literate with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skills
