Industry: F&B Location: KL Gateway Headcount: 1 Tenure: Permanent Responsibilities: .Provide vision and leadership in order to position the company at the forefront of the Fast-Food industry. .Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives so as to drive revenue, profitability and growth for the organization. .Uphold and execute company's core values across all aspects of the groups business. .Oversee operations to ensure production efficiency, halal standards, outstanding quality and service, cost-effective management of resources and respectful, sustainable environmental practices. .Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to drive revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization. .Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company. .Identify acquisition and merger opportunities and direct implementation activities. .Approve and enforce company operational procedures, policies, and standards. .Set priorities across the organisation and hold team leaders accountable. .Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives, priorities and plans in accordance with current conditions. .Set key individual performance indicators against strategy, mission and objectives. .Evaluate performance of executives for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives. .Represent the company at legislative sessions, committee meetings, and at formal functions. .Promote the company to local, regional, national, and international constituencies. .Build a fundraising network using personal contacts, direct mail, special events, and foundation support, when required. .Present company report at Board of Director meetings. .Direct company planning and policy-making committees. .Oversee foreign operations including evaluating operating and financial performance. Requirements: .Must be a current operational executive (CEO, President, GM, MD, etc.), with multiple stints as a CEO preferably from the fast food or FMCG industry. Experience of a start-up company would be as advantage. .Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. .Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures. Experience in formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. .Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Ability to identify and secure funding/revenue sources. .Knowledge of marketing, public relations principles and practices. Knowledge of communication and public relation techniques. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. .Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. .A natural leader, decisive, passionate and committed, who inspires and motivates those around them with excellent interpersonal skills at all levels and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects. .Ability to build a strong management team and drive a culture of excellence throughout the business .This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting and ten years of experience in a leadership role for a large division or company. .Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel.
