Job Summary


The Certificate Coordinator reports to the QC Manager and is responsible to perform document control, including keeping accurate and detailed quality documentation regarding products from suppliers and products supplied to customers.

Key Responsibilities


Generate and issue test certificates. Control manufacturers' and third-party certificates. Liaise with the logistics division and salesperson(s) on certificate deliveries. Ensure accuracy of all in-house test certificates prior to issuance. Filing of all certificates and paperwork, both hard and soft copies. Maintain a complete history of client products in use. Generate Certificate of Conformance from suppliers' websites. General document control. Any task assigned.

Job Requirements


Educational Qualification and Experience


Diploma/degree or equivalent qualification. 1 to 2 years of related working experience.

Skills and Abilities


Must be able to speak Mandarin fluently. Good communication skills. Resourceful, independent, and proactive; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong understanding of standard units and measurement calculations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
