BAT GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICE IS LOOKING FOR CHANGE AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

SENIORITY LEVEL: Manager

FUNCTION: GBS HR

SALARY: Starting at RM 11,000 + Excellent Benefit + Performance Bonus

LOCATION: Bandar Sunway

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to: Regional Head of GBS HR

Geographic Scope: Asia Pacific & Middle East

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

The Change & Communications Manager is responsible for 3 key areas:

  • Change Champion for GBS Projects & Initiatives:
  • Responsible for Regional projects & initiatives, but also for Global projects impacting the function they are allocated to
  • Integrates change management activities into project plans
  • Develops, delivers and manages communication, stakeholder, training, engagement, adoption, and resistance management plans
  • Ensures that information is communicated to impacted audiences throughout the duration of the projects
  • Represent GBS HR in terms of mass-communication with EMs (process changes, key announcements, newsletters etc.), with responsibility for content creation. Creates clear, compelling communication materials with a cohesive framework. Comprehends detailed technical updates and translates them into consumable insights for non-technical teams. Global communications should be fit for all and not modified for each Zone
  • Assesses and monitors change adoption and behaviour shifts
  • End Market Engagement & Contract Management:
  • Partners with function leads to prepare materials for operational review meetings for Regional GHR LT presentations, ensuring flawless and consistent look & feel across function. Also included is SRM (Service Review Meeting), as appropriate (topics driven from HRDs and GBS HR, KPIs not reviewed. Providing insights and deeper dive in order to drive improvements and better employee experience)
  • Customer Satisfaction & Surveys: deep analysis, consolidates action plans, prepares presentations, including NPS (Net Promoter Score)
  • Regularly (Monthly) identifies new HR joiners in EMs to deliver GBS HR onboarding sessions (*in line with Global initiative)
  • Regularly (Monthly) reviews knowledge gaps from ticketing tool by function, proposing action plans in terms of training & communication
  • Sets up refresh training on GBS processes for EMs, whenever needed
  • Admin activities related to contractual aspects with EMs (e.g.: annual contracts renewal, new entities setup, scope expansion etc.)
  • Training & Communications for GBS HR:
  • Plays a critical role in driving the culture of GBS HR, by managing various initiatives, as necessary
  • Drives and contributes to the definition of agenda for various regional meetings / townhalls & etc.
  • Shares best practices, ideas and progress with other hubs\xe2\x80\x99 Change & Comms Managers
CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
  • Do you have at least 5 years of experience within a HR Relationship Manager / HR Business Partner capacity?
  • Are you strong in stakeholder management?
  • Expert in Change Management?
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience within Corporate Communication, Business Partner & Change Management. Proven track record and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools and their implementation in large complex environment
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related field
  • Transformational change communications experience - being the person who has lead communication for several change projects. Delivering communications within a wider business transformation program and an environment of high change
  • Ability to engage employees in a remote, cross-functional, complex international environment
  • Strong data & analytics skills, to be able to extract conclusions and provide recommendations, prepare presentations & compelling stories
  • Delivering technology driven and non-technology driven communications channels including yammer, other social media, electronic newsletters, video, webinars, workshops etc.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills including interpersonal, influencing, communication and presentation skills
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of organization, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • HR-related experience a plus
