About the position
The Change Experience & Learning (CE&L) team within Roche Informatics is passionate about the people-side of change and drives holistic technology change experiences for Roche employees. This ensures the investments we make in tools and technology are realized when people can adopt them successfully.
The Change Experience Specialist will be responsible for delivering change management activities and the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions. As a member of a dynamic and globally-focused. team, the Change Experience Specialist will leverage their understanding of the business needs and our affiliate experience to effectively plan for and support change initiatives.
Your key responsibilities:
Supporting the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
Planning, assessing, and monitoring organizational readiness (e.g. change impact analysis, role mapping, etc.)
Ensuring the organizational readiness as defined by organizational goals and objectives
Developing and managing communications strategies and plans to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant messaging with affected stakeholders.
Supporting the development of content and materials used to support various communications and engagement activities.
Assessing training needs, developing and supporting training plans, and coordinating with internal and external partners on the development and delivery of training programs.
Tracking delivery against the roadmap, anticipating and addressing potential barriers (risks & issues)
Your qualifications and experience:
Highly effective at building relationships, teams and collaborating with others.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic project management skills and ability to flex and multitask in a shifting environment.
Interest in business partnering and consulting to determine client/customer needs and build effective relationships.
Knowledge of emerging and evolving technologies. Ability to understand technical jargon and distill into simple user facing communications & learning
Knowledge and experience working with change management practices
Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives.
Proactive self-starter; ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Challenges the organization to be curious, questions the status quo & embraces new ways of working, demonstrating \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and under pressure (being comfortable with being uncomfortable).
Proficiency with Google Suite, Cornerstone (LMS), video production, and graphic design software preferred
Experience in working according to Agile methodologies.
English working proficiency.
Undergraduate degree in Organizational Development, Marketing, Organizational Communications, Business Psychology or related field preferred
At least two years of relevant experience in organizational change management
Successful experience working in a multicultural environment and building strong networks.
