Leading the change desk and managing the technical changes through our Management of Change system
Maintaining and supporting regional hubs on the MoC process and tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI and Azure DevOps)
Monitoring, reporting and following up on the MoC activities across hubs, ensuring visibility for management and key stakeholders
Contributing on the continuous development of MoC system and processes in alignment with the business needs.
Defining requirements for new tools and other enablers enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness
Primary skills set/ Requirements/ Qualification
:
have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration or a related field
have experience in
product lifecycle management or change management
, particularly in technical or IT changes
have a background in
operations
, with a strong blend of technical and commercial understanding.
Have a strong
organizational navigation and stakeholder management skills
.
have a proactive, analytical and structured approach to your problem-solving in a dynamic working environment
speak and write English fluently.
