Change Manager i. Scope of Work \xef\x82\xb7 Developing and leading the execution of the strategic roadmap for the Modules Change Management process. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring all changes are documented, approved, and monitored appropriately in accordance with Change Management processes and standards. \xef\x82\xb7 Communicating high risk/high impact changes to the End-to-End (E2E) CM Board for their review and approval. \xef\x82\xb7 Creating a process to assess the risk and impact prior to the implementation of changes to ensure that the business is not affected by inadequately planned changes. \xef\x82\xb7 Conducting periodic Post Implementation Reviews on closed changes to gauge quality. \xef\x82\xb7 Updating, maintaining and publishing a Change Calendar. \xef\x82\xb7 Review Change Requests and Approve or Reject them based on their adherence to documented Change Management policies. \xef\x82\xb7 Creating relevant KPIs. \xef\x82\xb7 Running Monthly Business Review meeting. \xef\x82\xb7 Defining the end-to-end process for change management requests. \xef\x82\xb7 Partnering with Capital Planning to evaluate all requests that require capital funding. \xef\x82\xb7 Working with Procurement Managers to challenge the cost of proposed changes. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinating information between various teams in the organization. \xef\x82\xb7 Understanding operational processes across the business. \xef\x82\xb7 Reviewing new change requests from corporate and site stakeholders against existing standards. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. \xef\x82\xb7 Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. \xef\x82\xb7 Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation plans. ii. Required Skillsets and Experiences \xef\x82\xb7 Sound knowledge of change management practice with minimum 5 years of Change Management experience \xef\x82\xb7 Comprehensive understanding of the change management methodology and its application to especially business application projects. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Organisational Change Management covering stakeholder engagement, process analysis, communication planning and training is preferred. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication skills, a professional attitude and outstanding presentation. \xef\x82\xb7 Equipped with relevant leadership skills to manage a team. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent management consultation skills and ability to manage client relationships. iii. Optional Experiences, Certifications, and Skillsets \xef\x82\xb7 Familiar with content management systems and documentation tools. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
