Take charge and shape Zenyum into one of Asia's most loved consumer brands working with an ambitious and smart team to drive Zenyum to the next level in Malaysia.

Based Kuala Lumpur, the Consumer Products Channel Associate will drive overall consumer products business in Malaysia for Zenyum by defining the business plans, go-to-markets strategies and plans of engagement to create additional business opportunities to drive the Zenyum experience. Working directly with the Consumer Products Lead in Singapore and Business Development Manager in Malaysia, the associate will drive all expansion in all areas but especially focus on growth in the E-Commerce space.

With full support from every head of department (marketing, sales, customer care, partnerships, dental), this person will be responsible for driving the growth of the consumer products business. With this full-fledged support, this associate will have creative leeway to explore additional tools and models to engage our partners and help grow our joint business.

Your responsibilities will focus on:

  • The Channel Associate will focus on (1) growing Zenyum in Malaysia, especially in E-Commerce space with full support from HQ in Singapore.
  • (1) To Expand the Zenyum consumer products business in Malaysia: Revenue will be the main KPI and Objective. Scaling the Malaysia business for Zenyum will be our joint focus.
  • (2) What "Driving the business" will mean:
  • Overall Revenue Growth of every segment within consumer products like our Sonic electric toothbrush, toothpaste, rinse and floss.
  • New product launches: at Zenyum we will launch many new and fun products. We will do this together with feedback from you as a local expert
  • (3) What Support means:
  • Empowerment: the Growth Associate will have full empowerment to drive change and impact growth in key initiatives.
  • Business guidance: the Growth Associate will receive guidance on Financial, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Services from all department heads. The consumer products lead will offer coaching and guidance at every step as required.

We'd love to see that you have:
  • 2+ years experience in E-Commerce account management roles, nonetheless business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset will be the key
  • A University degree, preferably in business administration
  • A highly analytical mindset can be key drive performance through design and analysis of processes and metrics
  • Positive attitude in fast-paced startup circumstances and a strong team player working with excellent teammates of different nationalities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Curiosity and creativity in testing out new things with a growth hacking mentality
  • Have a good understanding of the Malaysian market and customers.
  • Language ability in English is needed. Working knowledge of Bahasa is preferred.
