As CTC (Commercial Trade Channel) Associate Marketing Manager, you will support CTC Marketing and Strategy Lead to work with cross functional teams, which includes ethical marketing, medical, legal and compliance, on developing channel strategy in alignment with brand strategies and direction. Effectively tracking and facilitating progress of the channel sales and marketing activities, trade spend, and management monitoring.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Support the development of short and long-term channel strategy based on thorough understanding of market conditions and trends with priority on trade channel activities for maximum returns.
  • Responsible for the administrative task that supports the sales and marketing strategies which includes promotional material approvals, healthcare organizations sponsorship process,
  • Monitor activities at the trade channel levels for the gathering of insight and track our aligned activities with the identified strategic key accounts.
  • Maintain a complete database of all planned and implemented activities for the channel to effectively track implementation and to keep all the stakeholders informed.
  • Monitor and track budgets efficiently with a complete track of spend, committed and available budgets
  • Establish and manage business insights and business analytics for fact-based decision making
  • Effectively negotiate mutually beneficial solutions with various stakeholders and influence key decision-makers to improve in-store presence and pharmacy activities

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in the same field or private pharmacy level in sales or marketing.

  • Ability to multitask and understand how to prioritize tasks based on importance vs. immediacy
  • Advanced understanding of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Competent in working in multicultural environment.
