Featured Chapter Lead Responsibilities Job description Assume full accountability for shaping the technological direction and providing leadership, ensuring strict adherence to technology and software development life cycle standards and policies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Spearhead technical enhancements in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and automation frameworks. Take charge of productivity, quality, and delivery planning for the Squads in close collaboration with Tribe Leads while ensuring alignment with planning timelines. Identify and remove roadblocks and impediments and streamline work processes. Requirements Profound expertise in technical leadership and responsible for upholding agile processes and best practices. Extensive experience in the development of web applications using Java/J2EE technologies. Familiarity with design patterns and frameworks, including Spring, Maven, Jenkins, Java platform, JavaScript frameworks, MVC patterns, and REST API principles. Competency in server-side frameworks, encompassing Core Java, Apache Camel, Maven, Spring framework, Spring Boot, multi-threading, JDBC, JMS, Hibernate, JPA, JSON, Mockito, and Swagger. Experience in DevOps, covering continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD), quality gates, Jenkins, code repositories, and more. Proficiency in application architecture, messaging queues (MQ, Connect Direct, or equivalent), middleware technologies (Weblogic, JBOSS, Apache Tomcat, or equivalent). Familiarity with web and mobile application security (SSL, JWT, or equivalent). Skills in database technologies such as Oracle and MariaDB.
