Duties and Responsibilities



Card Operations - Handle day-to-day card operations including transaction monitoring, reconciliation, card issuance, settlement, and chargeback management. Chargeback & Disputes - Manage end-to-end chargeback cases, liaise with card networks (Visa/Mastercard), and ensure timely dispute resolution in compliance with scheme rules. Compliance & Accuracy - Ensure all activities adhere to SOPs, internal controls, and regulatory requirements (BNM, PCI-DSS, etc.). Process Improvement - Identify gaps, propose and implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

The Must-Haves



Diploma or university degree 1-2 years of relevant experience in card operations within a banking or fintech environment. Strong experience in Chargeback processes (Visa and Mastercard mandatory). Working knowledge of dispute resolution procedures, monitoring, and transaction lifecycle. Able to work independently and in a team Hardworking, self-driven, highly motivated and meticulous individual Possess strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills Being agile and able to work in a fast-changing environment, while possessing a positive attitude and can-do spirit
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
