Job Brief :

Technician cum Car Park Operator

1. Electrical Maintenance & Operations

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot

low-voltage electrical systems and equipment (up to 1kV)

. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations, including distribution boards, wiring systems, and control panels. Monitor and ensure the continuous supply of electricity with minimal downtime.

2. Compliance & Safety

Ensure all electrical works comply with

Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST)

regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Conduct regular inspections and safety checks on electrical installations. Maintain proper safety measures and respond to electrical emergencies promptly.

3. Record-Keeping & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance, inspections, repairs, and breakdowns. Prepare technical reports and update logbooks as required by regulations. Assist in audits and inspections by authorities.

4. Technical Support & Improvement

Provide technical expertise in upgrading, repairing, or modifying electrical systems. Support project teams in electrical installations and commissioning of equipment. Recommend improvements for energy efficiency and cost savings.

5. Collaboration

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of electrical works. Provide guidance and training to junior staff or technicians when necessary.

Requirements

Certificate of Competency - Chargeman A0

issued by

Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST)

. Minimum 2 years experience in electrical maintenance or building/facility management. Strong knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and attend to emergency call-outs. Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
