POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY Ensure maintenance service availability according to Service Level Agreement and to ensure respond time according to service level Agreement. Essential Position Functions Operate, maintain and repair all LV system installation and standby Generator Set. Assist HT Chargeman in developing the maintenance checklist for the LV system according to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually of annual service and implementation. Ensure high standard or safety is implemented. Monitor and record defect works in all substations/plant room under the responsibility of UTW. Schedule and carry out generator set testing and carry out the date analysis under UTW\'s responsibility. Implement 5 \'s\' policies in all substation/plant room/workplace. Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management representative. Key Challenges Hands-on skills in maintenance and operation of electrical installation and switchgear and Gen Set. Possess updated knowledge in the latest technology. Experience in operations and maintenance of High Tension (HT) and Low Voltage (LV) system, Switchgear and standby Generator Set (Gen Set). Working knowledge in Electrical Safety Regulation and Electrical Supply Act 1990. Skills Knowledgeable in facilities maintenance in operation and maintenance Knowledgeable in M&E building services Self-starter with minimal supervision Good interpersonal skill Good communication skill Computer literate is added advantage Knowledgeable in maintenance in operational of airports facilities. Knowledgeable on competency requirement in Low Voltage Electrical System. Knowledgeable in the latest technology. Self-starter with minimal supervision. Good interpersonal skill.
