The Engineering Supervisor (Chargeman A4) inspects and assists in the regular maintenance of the Engineering department\xe2\x80\x99s systems as well as execute maintenance requests from the systems.

What will I be doing?

As the Engineering Supervisor (Chargeman A4), you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\xc2\xb7 Ensure preventive and maintenance of electrical installations, troubleshoot electrical devices problems and ensure the equipment tools and measuring instruments are in good working conditions

\xc2\xb7 To attend meeting as and when in accordance to hotel requirements

\xc2\xb7 Is responsible for keeping accurate operating logs according to establish policy and procedures with Electrical Guidelines

\xc2\xb7 Is responsible for correct execution of established maintenance programmed for required sections.

\xc2\xb7 To be Cost and Energy conscious; manage and keep all records and data in control

\xc2\xb7 To identify daily Work Request, manage Preventive Maintenance plan and project Works are completed to Quality Standards.

\xc2\xb7 To Plan, Control Project Works and Complete Listing Checklist as and when required.

\xc2\xb7 To Plan for the daily Task, Trouble Shooting, Repairs and Modification required for Operation with superior on a daily basis

\xc2\xb7 To attend to Contractors, Suppliers and Consultants as and when required

\xc2\xb7 To follow up with Logs, Records, Contracts, and Licensing in accordance to Regulation and Procedures.

\xc2\xb7 To report to superior and log in all daily works in daily logbook.

\xc2\xb7 To Plan Preventive routine and Predictive Maintenance of all machinery and equipment (Electrical & Mechanical)

\xc2\xb7 Be in control and be accountable for Spare Parts Control and Request, Tools and Appliance.

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to handle all areas of M&E in relation to Hotel facilities and Operation.

\xc2\xb7 Daily updates on tasks and duties assigned.

\xc2\xb7 To assist other technical or section work challenges as and when required and instructed by superior

\xc2\xb7 To have a complete understanding of all duties and adhere to the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s policy with Positive Attitude.

\xc2\xb7 To work on a rotating shift as and when requested

\xc2\xb7 To return all work place in order and maintain the cleanliness of all plant rooms and workshops.

\xc2\xb7 Work with suppliers to install, test run and commission of any new systems

\xc2\xb7 To ensure that all safety rules and regulations are complied with.

\xc2\xb7 Any other ad hoc tasks required by the Superior

An Engineering Supervisor (Chargeman A4) serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Technical Secondary education on electric appliances, machines or equivalent.

• Knowledgeable of electrical appliances, air-conditioners, boilers, machines and pipelines, etc.

• Effectively communicate with your superior and staff.

• Team player who is honest and diligent with no unhealthy addictions.

• Healthy with no serious disease or physical defect which may affect the fulfilment of relevant works.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with locals.
