POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Implement O&M works towards a high quality performance and customer oriented of the respective KLCC. To plan and monitor the O&M activities; technical requirement; budgetary; resources and its goals to support departmental objective through a good business practices in line with ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) standard practices.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Deliver quality operations & maintenance services and project works in compliance to ISO 9001 QMS requirements
• Attain project time frame; housekeeping and safety requirements and policies at work place
• Ensure electrical system is operated within the established performance parameter
• Liaise and coordinate with clients on any issues related to operation
• Execute and manage on additional project and operations & maintenance activities
• Plan and organize the execution of strategic operations & maintenance works for all system
• Monitor and control work performance of shift operations & maintenance team
• Ensure compliance of technical specification and authorities requirements; for any project implementation
• Ensure PPM or Breakdown work schedule is updated through Computerize Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Control expenses for all works undertaken for man power and other maintenance requirements
• Ensure maintenance service availability achieve the service level agreement
• Ensure respond time in accordance to service level agreement
• Ensure electrical system in high performance and implement maintenance activities in line with ISO 9001 QMS
• Liaise and assist Electrical Engineer in developing the maintenance checklist for the Electrical System according to maintenance plan
• Liaise with Competent Electrical Engineer pertaining electrical competency matters
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management representative

Key Challenges

• Plan, execute and control on maintenance cost comply with the budget
• Ensure high safety standards and housekeeping is being implemented and maintained at workplace
• Plan the work force and all required resources in performing the maintenance schedule
• Ensures project implementation is complying with technical specifications and authorities requirements
• Promptly response in maintenance activities
• Ensure deliverables of O&M and project implementation meets client\'s requirements

• Knowledgeable in facilities management, O&M and project implementation
• Knowledgeable in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) building services
• Knowledgeable on competency requirement in High Voltage Electrical System

Relevant Industries

Internal

• One (1) year working experience either in facilities management or operation & maintenance (O&M) of building services or construction or any other related experience.

External

• Three (3) years working experience either in facilities management or O&M of building services or construction or design or any other related experience.

Education

• Competent High Voltage Certificate (B0 - B4 category)
• Registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga
