JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to serve towards satisfaction service pertaining to preventive maintenance, trouble shoot and technical advice. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist Mall & Store Manager on monitoring and oversees the whole operation of operational building and M&E and Gas system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure updated for all maintenance works or services to be filled in the Maintenance Requisition Form (MRF), proper record in Daily Log Book and perform Facility Checklist. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure all M & E and Gas works are carried out by registered services contractor follow schedule and according to the contracted agreement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise external contractor\xe2\x80\x99s works/ service and monitor their performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and submit reports related to assign job function. \xe2\x80\xa2 To establish emergency contacts for all contractors and facility staff on call standby. \xe2\x80\xa2 To plan, implement and monitor the working schedule for each Facility staff in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives of the maintenance and preventive activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and manage a team of wiremen/ electrician/ technician & facility resources to provide effective and reliable support services for all plant machineries, equipment and facilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Standby for major breakdowns and emergencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all electrical services are serviceable and M&E room always clean & tidy at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan, organize and implement a comprehensive program (including both corrective, condition & preventive activities) to ensure smooth operation all mechanical and electrical installation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to Register their Competency Qualification with Suruhanjaya Tenaga and ensure all electrical system in good condition. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure maximum security and safety for all M&E and Gas operations and to minimize interruption. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure all documentation for servicing and repairing was completed as per schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 To establish and implement tools stock card and carry out inspection. \xe2\x80\xa2 To act as a Gas Responsible Person (OB), if appointed and send to attend GRP course by Aeon Co.(M) Bhd. \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out daily inspection and monitoring for HT & LV switchboards, bus-ducts, transformers, switchgears and TNB/SESCO supply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop short- and long-term building maintenance plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist maintenance work when necessary as such as : o Air Conditioning System o Plumbing & Sanitary System o Fire Protection System o LPG System o Water Supply System o Lift & Escalator System o Building Alarm Security System o Others M&E System \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out schedule inspections and testing of standby Generator (Free Load & On Load), Fire pumps, Sump pumps and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out in-house electrical works including maintenance, inspection and testing as assigned by the management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain records and reports such as equipment and supplies inventories, damage/defect reports, preventive maintenance and repair records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with relevant Authorities and vendors to ensure compliance of the applicable laws, including OSHA/EIA Act, DOSH, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Electrical Inspectorate Unit, BOMBA and other regulatory governing bodies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate with building occupants/tenants effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Others task assigned by direct superior. JOB REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 (i) Chargeman \xe2\x80\x93 Electrical Competence Person in Category A4 \xe2\x80\x93 1KV \xe2\x80\xa2 (ii) Chargeman \xe2\x80\x93 Electrical Competence Person in Category BO \xe2\x80\x93 11KV \xe2\x80\xa2 (iii) Chargeman \xe2\x80\x93 Electrical Competence Person in Category BO/B4 \xe2\x80\x93 33KV \xe2\x80\xa2 To act as a Gas Responsible Person (OB), if appointed and send to attend GRP course by AEON Co.(M) Bhd. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work well and understand about Electrical safety procedure and familiar with Electricity Supply Act 1990 and Regulations of Electrical Compliance 1994. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work well and understand about electrical installation and safety procedure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to read and understand electrical schematic / single line drawing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to report in written and verbal communication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to monitoring for electrical equipment and problem analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure. WORKING CONDITIONS (EG : COLOUR BLIND, WORK ON PUBLIC HOLIDAY / SHIFT) \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work with minimum supervision and good communication and teamwork. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work on shift basis, weekends and public holidays if required and follow schedule set by superior. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work extra hours when the need arises to resolve issues in the interest of the company and business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Medically fit without any disability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to learn new things and expand scope of work for personal development.
