JOB RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist Chargeman on monitoring operation of building and M&E System. \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out scheduling preventive maintenance activities of 240V equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Main task and responsible was in Single or three Phase Electrical System under Chargeman supervision and authorization. \xe2\x80\xa2 To do a replacement and repairing of M&E system with others Facility Staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 To do a trouble shooting together with others Facility Staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 To carried out routine work and scheduled M&E inspection and check list, in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives of the maintenance and preventive activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist supplier/contractor carried out their work according to our requisition, preventive and agreement. \xe2\x80\xa2 To do a trouble shooting together with others Facility Staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 To carried out routine work and scheduled M&E inspection and check list, in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives of the maintenance and preventive programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 To be a maintenance support if there any request by others FMD base for their additional Project, Renovation / Store or others AEON Event. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist maintenance work when necessary as such as : \xe2\x80\xa2 Air Conditioning System \xe2\x80\xa2 Plumbing System \xe2\x80\xa2 Fire Protection System \xe2\x80\xa2 LPG System \xe2\x80\xa2 Water Supply System \xe2\x80\xa2 Lift & Escalator System \xe2\x80\xa2 Others M&E System \xe2\x80\xa2 Others task assigned by respective superior. JOB SPECIFICATIONS \xe2\x80\xa2 To act as a Gas Responsible Person (OB), if appointed and send to attend GRP course by Aeon Co.(M) Bhd. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work well and understand about Electrical safety procedure and familiar with Electricity Supply Act 1990 and Regulations of Electrical Compliance 1994. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work well and understand about electrical installation and safety procedure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to read and understand electrical schematic / single line drawing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to report in Written and Verbal Communication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to monitoring for electrical equipment and problem analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure JOB REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Electrical Competence Person in Category PW2 \xe2\x80\x93 240V \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants must be willing to work in AEON MALL KUCHING CENTRAL. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must able to work on shift basis and on public holiday. \xe2\x80\xa2 Full-Time position(s) available.
