Inspect, monitor, read and record Engineering Operation Data (EOD) parameter for the power consumption of each Main Switch Board (MSB) and Sub-Main Switch Board (SMSB) (as per log sheet requirement) for the whole site and inform superior if there is an abnormal condition in the system. Record all electrical inspection data in daily logbook to meet requirements from visiting electrical engineer.
Carry out assigned work according to Reliability Centred Maintenance (Unscheduled / Schedule / Condition Based Maintenance) and Sustainability Program especially on assets or facility systems that require expertise and carry out "Testing & Commissioning".
Operate or commence operations of electrical equipment and system such as Electrical Sub-Station, Panel and generator sets.
Request order of goods in accordance with Service Work (SW) / Service Request (SR) requirements, monitor progress of works done by the vendors and verify invoices for the payment process for the work done by vendors.
Maintain efficient control system of records, communication and correspondence pertaining to documentation required for regulatory requirements. Ensure data and records related to the electrical operation are documented and updated accordingly contributing towards efficient electrical system.
Assist and provide technical feedback of maintenance work requiring vendor expertise to superior and monitor the work.
Investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot any electrical system fault to sustain system integrity
Ensure that the electrical plant / switch room / maintenance equipment is in safe and good condition according to the work safety act.
Ensure all activities comply with Quality, Safety, Health and environment activities (Quality Assurance Program, Risk Management, Hazard Alert and Recall, Handling Hazardous Equipment) as per contract agreement. Support company programmes and activities such as related to HSSE and LEAN e.g. toolbox session at agreed frequency set by management
Support stakeholder management (external - Contractor Performance Assessment and Customer Satisfaction Survey, internal - headquarters, vendor etc.) effectively by providing excellent services to maintain good relationship and achieve high customer satisfaction level as per Key Performance Indicator (KPI) set by Company and Ministry of Health.
