Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Install, maintain and trouble-shooting of all Mechanical & Electrical systems;
Plan, carry out, monitor and report scheduled Mechanical & Electrical check;
Plan, coordinate and implement preventive maintenance programmes as per schedule;
Ensure new installations and maintenances are safe, correct and legal;
Administer, supervise and coordinate facility team and contractors and ensure safety regulations are compiled while carrying out their duties;
Respond and report appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise;
Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
Must possess Certificate of Competency as Chargeman Low Voltage L3
Candidate with 2 to 3 years of working experience is preferred.
Able to work on shift hour.
