Job Description

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, admin, customer service or a similar role, preferably within the non-profit or corporate social responsibility (CSR) sector.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and volunteers.
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and online community engagement would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design tools (preferred but not mandatory).

2. Charity Support:

• Be the Bridge: Serve as the key contact for individuals seeking charity support, ensuring their applications are handled with care and compassion.
• Organize & Manage: Efficiently collect and manage all necessary documentation, supporting the decision-making process.
• Support with Integrity: Partner with management to assess and determine the most effective support for each applicant, ensuring fair and impactful assistance.

3. Volunteer Management:

• Build Connections: Cultivate strong relationships with our dedicated volunteers and inspire new ones to join our cause.
• Engage & Inspire: Plan and execute engaging activities and events that highlight the importance of volunteer participation.
• Motivate & Retain: Develop innovative strategies to keep our volunteers motivated and committed, making them an integral part of our mission.

4. Charity Event Support:

• Event Champion: Play a vital role in planning, organizing, and executing impactful charity events that leave a lasting impression.
• Seamless Execution: Coordinate logistics, communications, and volunteer involvement to ensure smooth and successful events.
• Spread the Word: Support the marketing and promotional efforts to maximize event reach and engagement.
