Prepare and cook awesome Asian and Western dishes.
Weigh, measure, mix and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.
Check food and ingredients for freshness.
Arrange and garnish dishes.
Ensure hygiene of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
Work well under pressure and serve the food within the time limit.
Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma in Food & Beverage, Culinary or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 or 2 years of working experience in the F&B industry as a cook/chef.
Able to cook simple Asian and Western food.
Willing to work shifts (including weekends & public holidays) and 6 days per week.
Possess own transport.
Able to start at short notice will be an added advantage.
