Job Description

Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook authentic Asian cuisine in line with hotel standards and guest expectations. Supervise and guide commis chefs in daily kitchen operations within the assigned section. Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control are consistently maintained. Uphold kitchen hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards while managing stock and ingredients efficiently.

Requirements:



Relevant certification in a related field. Relevant experience in similar role. Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Alam, Johor.
