Job Description



responsible for all dishes prepared in your section organized and able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure situations assist the Chef and relay his orders station cooks and ensures each menu item his station is responsible for is prepared on time. required to assist with cooking, preparation, and plating when station chefs are absent. To work in close co-ordination with other section for smooth discharge of function. To give guide to the staff concerning cooking methods of all kinds of dishes. To perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.

Requirements



Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 3 years of experience is required Integrity to adhere to the company's rules and regulations (SOPs). Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
