Job Description



  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
  • Ensure that mise en place for food preparation is completed.
  • Replenishes service lines as necessary, restocks the workspace, and sets it up for the upcoming shift.
  • Provide support to sub-ordinates with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
  • Monitor and record inventory daily and monthly. Maintain the par stock level.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by Executive Chef and The Management.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work station and compliance with safety regulations .
  • Maintains proper personal appearance, hygiene and sanitation.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by The Management.

  • Hardworking, punctual and honest.
  • Pleasant personality with basic standard in service line.
  • Good personal appearance, hygiene and sanitation.
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in culinary.
  • Able to speak/understand English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Able to work on rotation shift and on weekends and public holidays.
  • Willing to be based in Janda Baik, PahangEnjoy nature and support sustainability.
