With 113 rooms, the hotel ensures that guests are comfortable and have plenty to do during their stay. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bintulu for a Demi Chef De Partie. The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, supervising junior chefs, and assisting with menu planning. The Demi Chef De Partie will ensure that food quality and presentation are maintained at a consistently high standard, and work closely with other members of the kitchen team to ensure food service runs smoothly. Qualifications Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques Demonstrated ability to prepare and cook a range of dishes using fresh ingredients Ability to manage kitchen staff and supervise junior chefs Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Diploma or certificate in culinary arts, or proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie
