Job Summary:-

Trains, supervises and controls the work of the kitchen personnel in their sections (where applicable). Maintains high standards of food preparation and service in the appointed kitchen(s), according to the standards set by the Management. To be responsible for work assigned by supervisors such as mise-en-place as well as buffet set-up.

Duties:-

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes.
  • Assist the Sous Chef or other kitchens as required.
  • Maintains high quality of food and complies with company\'s hygiene and food safety standard.
  • Assisting in stock rotation, deliveries & restocking.
Requirements:-
  • 2-3 years\' working experience in a similar role.
  • Flexible and able to work as per hotel operational needs and requirements.
  • Fluent in Chinese language spoken.
  • Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
