Job Summary: To lead your section based on your daily job task to ensure food quality, production, presentation, ordering, supplier and few more aspects under Executive Chef direction. Also have to work together on staff managing and kitchen paperworks to support kitchen department in overall operation. Job Responsibilities:

Encourage guest feedback to improve guest satisfaction
Answer guest questions about dishes and kitchen services
Make sure dishes are always at their best and follow hotel\'s standards.
Make sure food and drinks are secure and stored safely \xe2\x80\x93 always keep stock replenished to minimize waste
Ensure that all kitchen equipment and environment are hygienic and working properly
Job Requirements:
Degree or certificate in culinary arts
At least 3 years experience cooking in a well-established restaurant or full-service hotel
Must speak local language(s)
At least one year in a supervisory capacity, or equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience
