Job Description

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of products, ingredients, equipment and techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
  • Responsible to prepare food;
  • Handling daily culinary operations in the kitchen according to recipes, quality and presentation standard;
  • Able to multi-task and possess good Food and Beverage product knowledge;
  • Practice and maintain high standard and consistent quality in the daily preparation and service standards in a hygienic, safe and accident-free environment;
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
