Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting Chinese dishes according to hotel standards. Ensures food quality, consistency, and hygiene are maintained at all times.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Chinese dishes (wok, dim sum, soup, roast, etc.).
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff.
Control food portion, minimize wastage, and assist in stock checking.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Work closely with Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Chinese cuisine.
Good knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and kitchen safety.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
