: 1. Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Company. 2. Ensure production is in sufficient order to operate uninterruptedly. 3. Estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met. 4. Ensure the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times and comply with the standard and/or SOPs of the Company and to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards. 5. Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards. 6. Prepare, produce and present all menu items. 7. Train subordinates continuously in order to upgrade quality and production professionally. 8. Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section. Requirements: 1. Qualification from a culinary school. 2. Having at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role. 3. Knowledge of best practices for of food, health, and safety regulations. 4. Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
