  • At least 2-3 years' experience in Asian Cuisine.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and supervise the kitchen team and have full responsibility for the food and kitchen item.
  • Maintain high level of food quality and production with the aim of exceeding dinners' expectation.
  • Need to have knowledge and focus on profit and loss.
  • Responsible to order food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed.
  • Responsible to maintain and improve the kitchen standards and staff training programs.
  • Ensures proper scheduling of staff in accordance to the expected workload.
  • Ensures proper handling of equipment, prevents loss and damage to assets and goods.
  • Manage the entire kitchen operation with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards & practices, staff training & development in consistency manner.
  • Prepare and review SOP related to kitchen management and food preparation.
  • Need to support Ad Hoc task for time to time.
