Checking stock and ordering supplies for your station.
Supervising the junior chefs or commis.
Estimating daily production necessities.
Checking the quality of dishes ready to be served to ensure standards are met.
Following correct preservation standards and proper handling of food.
Frequently checking the expiration dates of food items.
Consulting with the head chef and sous chef about any last-minute changes or events.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
