CHEF (PRESCHOOL) LOCATION: Bank Negara Malaysia Tunas Kijang Childcare Centre at Jalan Tun Ismail, Kuala Lumpur (The nearest public transports are STAR Lrt Bandaraya & KTM Bank Negara) WORKING DAYS: Monday till Friday (Weekend & Public Holiday OFF) RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To plan menu and to propose food
• Responsible for daily preparation of food
• In charge of food cost management
• Responsible for cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen areas, equipment and staff
• Responsible for replenish stock
• Working in Pre-school (Childcare Centre) environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Culinary Arts
• Have 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years working experiences
• Working experience in Food & Beverage service is required
• Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and best practices
• Ability to assist in cooking a wide range of foods in large batch quantities Western, Indian & Malay Traditional menus
• Be a qualified cook: (Certificated available upon request)
• Passionate about food!
