Passion in snack food
Planning & carrying out R&D activities & project that comply with food regulation, and company vision and mission.
Design and formulate new product and improvement existing product and process
Conduct experiments and produce food sample products.
Conduct sensory evaluation for new and existing food product sample or when it is necessary
Conduct shelf life and product trial tests.
Collaborate with procurement department to source for alternative ingredients/ packaging materials/ production process/ machinery when necessary.
Liaise with supplier for new product samples and documents required, such as quotation, product specification, Halal Cert, etc
Possessed bachelor / degree in Food Science will be added advantage
At least have 1 to 2 years in product development
Food Handling Certificate & ISO/ HACCP certificate will be added advantage
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Able to work independently and minimize supervision
Good communication skill in both oral and writing
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
