Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven

Sales Representative

to join our expanding snack food distribution team on the

East Coast of Malaysia

. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, customer engagement, and driving growth in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and delivering on sales targets across your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers including retailers, wholesalers, convenience stores, and foodservice operators. Identify new sales prospects and actively grow the customer base. Promote, present, and sell a variety of snack food products to both existing and potential customers. Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales goals set by the company. Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility, pricing accuracy, promotional compliance, and to gather competitor insights. Follow up on collections to ensure timely payments and adherence to agreed credit terms. Prepare and submit timely sales reports and provide market feedback to management. Coordinate closely with the logistics and delivery team to guarantee accurate and punctual product deliveries. Participate in marketing activities such as trade promotions, product launches, and customer engagement events.

Requirements:

Minimum

SPM

or

Diploma

in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

1-2 years of experience

in FMCG or snack food sales preferred --

fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Willing to

travel and work outstation

according to customer needs. Able to

attend monthly meetings

at the Kuala Lumpur HQ. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Possess own vehicle and valid driving license. Fluent in

Malay

(a must);

Chinese

is an added advantage. Familiarity with the

East Coast market

is highly preferred
