Job Description

The applicant for this role is responsible in performing a constant maintenance on behalf the assigned clients. Applicants are required to understand the nature of service on each assigned clients and producing effective measures to ensure the stability of the product within the client site.

• Engaging with clients to determine the nature of the service and supporting the overall service activities for their products
• Supporting account manager/engineer in start-up of chemical treatment program and troubleshooting in customer facilities
• Providing on-site technical services management at customer\'s plants
• Performing constant monitoring on chemical dosing and performance
• Conducting routine dosing equipment servicing and maintenance out in the field
• Maintaining housekeeping at allocated areas within customer premises
• Conducting site survey and obtaining samples for laboratory analysis
• Producing detailed service reports

• Technical Diploma/Degree in Science or chemical qualifications
• Willing to travel and having a driving license is compulsory
• Mandarin speaker is preferred
• Comfortable in communicating with external parties
• Fresh graduate is welcome as training will be provided
• Committed for success and willing to learn new area of development

• Fixed travelling allowance - RM1000
• Claimable expenses ranging from travelling, work related tool purchases and accommodation (if required)
• Contract: 12 Months (Subject to Extension/ Conversion to Permanent)
