Deliver technical assistance to customers, addressing and resolving challenges, with the ability to escalate when necessary.
Employ problem-solving techniques, including system analysis and data interpretation, to provide written recommendations, ensuring optimal customer operations.
Proactively promote and support company innovations and technology within assigned customer accounts, fostering enduring business partnerships with the organization.
Job Requirements:
Candidate possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and chemical engineering, with a proven track record in the water treatment industry.
Technical expertise in utilizing chemical engineering software and tools.
