THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED IN TELOK PANGLIMA GARANG, SELANGOR DARUL EHSAN. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES To ensure daily laboratory activities are carried out safe manner, and follow all the standard operating procedures and requirements and compliance to safety and environmental requirements. To manage and supervise daily quality control activities of raw materials to the final product and other associated supporting materials. To ensure all inspection/testing program is carried out as per planned. To monitor and ensure all final product releases meet customer or contractual specifications. Follow up and ensure issuance of test reports or other reporting in a timely manner. Regularly review inspection/test method, perform method validation for continual improvement, and monitor product stability study program. To assist in the investigation of quality non-conformities, customer complaints or process troubleshooting. To provide technical support to the Sales & Marketing Team, attend to customer questionnaires, declaration requests or other product enquiries. To perform an audit as assigned (internal audit and supplier audit) and participate in other audit activities (3rd party audit or customer audit). To provide training for laboratory personnel for continuous improvement of their competency. To ensure compliance with all applicable rules & regulations, legal compliance and company policy. To assist in the implementation of ISO9001, GMP, HACCP and Halal systems as well as documentation. To perform other related duties assigned or requested by the Management from time to time. JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS Bachelor\'s Degree in Chemistry, or related discipline. A minimum of 2 years of working experience in manufacturing processes is preferred. Good working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Food Safety Management Systems.
