Job Description
The process chemist turns the research chemist\'s discovery of a compound into a commercial product that can manufactured at reasonable cost. 1)The goal of a process chemist is to develop synthetic routes that are safe, cost effective, environmentally frinedly, and efficient. 2)Conduct tests requiring a high degreeof technical understanding of chemistry and process technology. 3)Conduct experiments using appropriate safty guideliness consistent with safty practices. 4)Follow good laboratory practices and procedures. 5)Develop new ideas and techniques for process improvements. 6)Identify and solve process-related issue in a timely manner. 7)Evaluate current processes and provide recommedations. 8) Conduct research to develop new and improved chemical manufacturing processes. 9)Experience in Manufacturing of Electroless Plating Process.
