Research and Development - To plan and do all research & development works requested by Asst. Manager - Technical (ATM) and Technical Manager (TM). - To cooperate with sales team to assist for planning, conduct testing based on new product development request with the guide from (ATM), (TM) and HOD when required. - To do proper documentation and reporting of product development findings according to ISO 9001/14001. Quality Control & Assurance - To plan and do testing related to necessary formulation adjustment for quality control of the manufactured products. - To cooperate with purchasing team/liaise with supplier to source out new raw material, conduct evaluation and plan for testing to confirm the performance from time to time. - To ensure the Quality Control (QC) must be conducted strictly in accordance to the standard testing procedures and ensure all the product meeting the specification. - To plan, organize and monitor daily activities by lab assistant. - To do Technical support or customer complaints evaluation from time to time and upon request. Customer site visit for investigation and demo may need to be attend depending on request and complaint\'s situation. - To do proper documentation and reporting of quality control (QC) and quality analysis (QA) findings according to the ISO 9001 / 14001. - To ensure lab cleanliness. Note : Advantage to those who have R&D or QC experience in the Construction Chemical Industry background with waterproofing and cementitious knowledge.

In 201, Denka Chemicals Holdings Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (\xe2\x80\x9cDCHA\xe2\x80\x9d) with its regional headquarter in Singapore, acquired 100% stake in the holding company of ESTOP and renamed the holding company as Denka Infrastructure Malaysia Sdn Bhd (\xe2\x80\x9cDISB\xe2\x80\x9d) and ESTOP was renamed as Denka Construction Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd (\xe2\x80\x9cDCSM\xe2\x80\x9d). In anticipation of rapid growth in infrastructure and civil engineering projects within the ASEAN region and Asia at large, DCSM shall continue to invest in R&D to be forefront of of construction chemicals technologies.
