We're Hiring: Chief Concierge | Wyndham Acmar Klang

Location: Klang, Selangor

Department: Front Office | Full-Time

Wyndham Acmar Klang is looking a highly professional and guest-focused

Chief Concierge

to lead our concierge team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, handling VIP services, and maintaining strong relationships with local partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the concierge team to ensure excellent service standards

- Provide personalized concierge services and handle VIP and special-status guests

- Manage guest requests, complaints, and service recovery professionally

- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments

- Maintain updated knowledge of local attractions, dining, events, and transport

- Build and maintain strong external partnerships and service providers

- Train, coach, and evaluate concierge staff performance

- Ensure grooming, professionalism, and brand standards are consistently met

Who We're Looking For:

- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills

- Physically fit to handle luggage and assist guests effectively

- Willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

- Basic command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus)

- Experience in

4-star or 5-star hotels

preferred

- Minimum

3-5 years' experience

in Concierge or Senior Concierge role
